When will I receive my order if I live in the United Kingdom?

We aim to ship your order straight to your door within 24 hours of receiving it when it is placed on a business day (Monday to Friday). We pride ourselves on getting our products to you as quickly as we can.

We use First Class Royal Mail to ship our products within the UK so you should receive your order within one to two days.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

I have selected Registered Post as my UK shipping option?

We use Registered First Class Royal Mail to ship our registered products within the UK so you should receive your order within one to two days.

You will receive a tracking number that your order has been shipped which is can be used on the Royal Mail website to track your order at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

When will I receive my order if I live outside of the United Kingdom?

We aim to ship your order straight to your door within 24 hours of receiving it when it is placed on a business day (Monday to Friday). We pride ourselves on getting our products to you as quickly as we can.

We use First Class Royal Mail to ship our products internationally so you should receive your order within the Royal Mail shipping times which are 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. 

I have selected Registered Post as my international shipping option?

We use Registered First Class Royal Mail to ship our registered products internationally so you should receive your order within 7 to 10 days of confirmation of shipping.

You will receive a tracking number that your order has been shipped which is can be used on the Royal Mail website to track your order at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Should I receive a confirmation receipt for my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide directly from our offices in London and New York with Royal Mail and USPS.

For any Australian orders the products will be shipped locally and direct from our partner - Ballettonet in Melbourne.

Your Order 

Is there a discount for bulk or wholesale orders?

If you would like to place a large order (10 products or more) or you have a bespoke request please contact our Sales Team at wholesale@saveyoursole.co.uk - we are more than happy to help.

Is it possible to have a VAT invoice? 

Save Your Sole Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. As a result VAT is not applied to your purchase and we cannot issue a VAT invoice for your purchase. 

 

Returns 

We want our customers to be satisfied with all purchases so we offer returns. All items must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. 

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Save Your Sole. 

Once the items are received your return will be processed within 7 business days and we will provide confirmation of the transaction.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds
